01Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how Avo collects, uses, and shares information when you visit avogrowth.com or engage Avo for services.
02Information We Collect
Information you provide
Contact details (name, email, company), project information submitted via intake forms, scheduling preferences and booking details, and any other information you choose to share.
Information collected automatically
Page views, referring URLs, device type, approximate location (city-level), and timestamps. We use first-party analytics provided by Vercel for aggregate site traffic measurement.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. We use the minimum set required to run the site. No advertising cookies are used and no data is sold to third parties.
Essential cookies are always active. They include your authentication session managed by Clerk (__clerk_*), CSRF protection tokens, an anonymous visitor ID (avo_anon) used for Wave 6 A/B experiments, and your saved cookie preference (avo-cookie-consent). You cannot opt out of essential cookies without losing core site functionality.
Analytics cookies are optional and only set after you consent. They cover Vercel Analytics (aggregate page views, no fingerprinting) and PostHog, if configured (session replay and funnel analysis, self-hosted on Vercel infrastructure). These use cookies prefixed ph_* and va_*. No data from these tools is shared with advertising networks.
Functional cookies are optional. They store preferences such as layout settings and improve your experience across sessions. Prefixed avo_prefs_*.
Marketing cookies: none. Avo does not run advertising campaigns and sets no third-party marketing or retargeting cookies.
Consent preferences expire after 365 days. You can change your preferences at any time via the “Cookie preferences” link in the site footer. If you previously accepted analytics and later decline, PostHog and Vercel Analytics will stop firing on subsequent page loads. Note that previously collected aggregate data is not deleted as it contains no personally identifiable information.
